Tyrod Taylor signs new extension

It has been reported that Buffalo Bills QB Tyrod Taylor has agreed to a six year, $90 million deal after being a member of a team for just one year, leading them to a .500 season, going 8-8.

Taylor had a decent season passing the ball, having a 20:6 TD to INT ratio, throwing for 3,224 passing yards. Taylor missed a couple games due to injury, but he had a pretty above average season that other starting QBs would kill to have.

Taylor spent the first four years of his career backing up Ravens QB Joe Flacco, he was then traded to Buffalo where he had this season where he proved to be a starting caliber QB.

Is Tyrod overpaid? Some may say Taylor is still unproven, but the Bills front office must see something in him after being paid $90M over the course of the next 6 years.

We will see how this season will turn out for this now franchise QB on September 11th when he takes on his old team at M.T. Bank Stadium vs the Baltimore Ravens.
