Warriors Frustrations Continue, Curry Out Three Months

After losing to the Toronto Raptors in the NBA Finals, the Golden State Warriors lost key pieces in the offseason. While most expected them not to be as dominant in year’s past, the Warriors recently found out they will now be without Stephen Curry. On Friday, it was confirmed that Curry will be out for at least three months with a broken hand. Curry suffered the injury on Wednesday night in a loss against the Phoenix Suns.

With Kevin Durant signing with the Brooklyn Nets and Klay Thompson out for the season, this injury could not have happened at a worse time. With Curry out, Golden State will be forced to count on D’Angelo Russell and Draymond Green to lead.

With other teams in the Western Conference finding rhythm early in the season, it will be difficult for Golden State to adapt. The Warriors sit with a 1-3 record.
