As the Denver Broncos prepare for their Week 1 matchup against the Tennessee Titans on Monday, they will likely be without their leader in linebacker Von Miller. On Tuesday, it was reported that Miller suffered a potential season-ending ankle injury during practice in what was described as a “freak” injury.
Miller, 31, has spent the last nine seasons with the Broncos. During his tenure, he has totaled 490 tackles and 106 sacks. He ranks 25th in NFL history in sacks.
An MRI is currently underway, but the initial reports lead the Broncos to believe that Miller will miss the 2020 season.
