Sports have become such a centerpiece for many of our lives. From basketball to football, certain athletes separate themselves from the others and dominate the game they make a living off of. Here are the top 5 most dominant athletes on Earth (in no particular order):
Stephen Curry:
The reigning NBA MVP and 2014-15 champion simply does not fail. The Warriors recently lost their first NBA regular season game on Saturday, but his accomplishments are still impressive. Media is speculating that he may be the greatest shooter of all time, and it’s hard to disagree with that. Time will tell this man’s legacy, but for now, he is truly great.
Tom Brady:
Brady has won four Super Bowls, and even makes receivers out of scrubs. Known as arguably the greatest quarterback of all time, Brady’s passion for the game of football is what sets himself apart from others. Will he win another championship before he is done? Even at an older age, I wouldn’t put it past him.
Conor McGregor:
The new champion has truly proven himself after defeating Jose Aldo on Saturday night. Not only does he talk the talk, but he walks the walk. He comes across as cocky to the media, yet he is able to back it up with his fighting skills. Thirteen seconds is all it took to defeat someone who hasn’t lost in over a decade, think about that.
Patrick Kane:
The NHL superstar has done just about everything when it comes to winning and scoring. Kane has proven to be the most dominant player in the NHL in the eyes of just about everyone, and with his current 26 game point streak, it doesn’t seem like that opinion will change anytime soon.
Mike Trout:
The Angels outfielder has made himself known as “the future of the game” when it comes to the MLB. Although the team has a lot of pieces missing, Trout has always been the guy you want when it comes to leadership.
