With other sports making their way towards a 2020 season, the NFL is electing to implement further precautions ahead of their upcoming campaign. On Wednesday, it was reported that the NFL is planning to cut their August preseason in half.
Specifically, both Week One and Week Four of the preseason are expected to be cancelled, per Pro Football Talk.
Just last week, it was announced that the Hall of Fame Game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys, scheduled for August 8th originally, would be cancelled.
