NFL Week Two Injury Update
Week two of the NFL is about to kick off on Sunday. Wether it’s for fantasy football or the pure love of the game, let’s get you guys filled in on some injury updates:
T.Y. Hilton (Colts Receiver, Day-to-Day)
Hilton has been limited in practice throughout the week due to a bruised knee. Going up against Revis and the New York Jets on Monday night, Hilton was back in action for practice on Saturday. This seems like a good sign that he will play, but don’t expect huge numbers. Hilton clocks in as a high-end WR2 for this week.
Luke Kuechly (Panthers Linebacker, Out)
According to ESPN, Carolina Panthers defensive star Luke Kuechly has been ruled out against the Houston Texans. Kuechly has previously started in 52 consecutive games, but is missing Sunday with a concussion. With 480 tackles in his career, the Carolina now jumps from a top 5 defensive choice for the week, to a top 15.
LeSean McCoy (Bills Running Back, Questionable)
On Friday, Bills running back LeSean McCoy was pulled out of practice due to hamstring tightness. Backup running back Karlos Williams said “Shady” McCoy is “gonna be able to go 100%”. Going up against the New England Patriots, who struggled against the run last week, McCoy lands as a low-end RB1
