With the 2019 regular season coming to a close, multiple non-playoff teams are moving on from their current coaching staff situation. During the notorious “Black Monday” period, here are the latest rumors and reports around the league:
Arizona Cardinals
- Vance Joseph will return to the team as the defensive coordinator for the 2020 season.
Atlanta Falcons
- Head coach Dan Quinn and General Manager Thomas Dimitroff will both return for the 2020 season.
Baltimore Ravens

- Carolina will likely request permission to interview New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels for their head coaching vacancy.

- The Browns have fired Freddie Kitchens as their head coach after one season.
