NBA Finals Game 5 Recap
With the Warriors and Cavaliers taking part in game 5 on Sunday night, one team would take the 3-2 advantage in the series. LeBron James has showed inconsistency with the FG%, as Curry as been struggling to break out within the past few games.
After the 2nd quarter, heading into halftime, the score would be only 50-49. This matchup was one of the closest, until “Chef Curry” was able to break open in the 2nd half, finishing with 37 total points. The Warriors’ defense would hold the Cavs to only 17 total points in the 3rd quarter, leading themselves to a powerful victory.
The end result would be 104-91 Warriors, but all eyes were on LeBron James. James shot 15/34 with 40 points 14 rebounds and 11 assists, all leading stats for his team.
The offensive unit for the Warriors was the biggest factor in this victory, as 5 players finished with double-digit points by the end of the game.
With the Warriors now leading the series 3-2, can the Cavs push for a comeback?
