After throwing Mason Rudolph’s helmet at his head in the middle of a brawl on the field with 8 seconds left in the game Thursday night, Myles Garrett will be on the sidelines for a while. On Friday the NFL announced that Garrett will be suspended indefinitely for his actions. Cleveland went on to beat Pittsburgh 21-7.
In 10 games this season, Garett has recorded 10 sacks, 29 total tackles, and 2 forced fumbles. Heading into this season, Myles Garrett stepped up as the leader of the team on the defensive side of the ball on the field and in the locker room.
In the next 6 weeks, Cleveland plays Miami, Pittsburgh, Arizona, Cincinnati twice and Baltimore. With the team being 4-6, it’s going to be tough for them to make the playoffs as it is.. It will be harder without someone like Myles Garrett, who had an undeniable impact on the field.
