After having 133 receptions coming into the game against the Tennessee Titans, New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas only needed 11 catches to break the previous record for receptions in a season, which was set by Marvin Harrison in 2002. Today, Thomas broke the record with his 144th reception.
Before passing Marvin Harrison’s record, Michael Thomas passed Julio Jones and Antonio Brown for second-most receptions in a single NFL season.
