Liddell vs Ortiz Scheduled for Trilogy Fight

As of Monday, Oscar De La Hoya and his Golden Boy promotions have officially set up the trilogy fight between former UFC legends Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz.

In their previous two bouts, Liddell walked out with the victory on both occasions. Their last encounter was nearly twelve years ago, and with Lidell retiring since, does he still have what it takes to fight in the octagon?

Ortiz on the other hand has been expressing his desire to fight his former best friend  for quite some time now. This will be the first MMA fight in Golden Boy Promotions, and is surely going to be interesting to see.

A location or date hasn’t been confirmed for this event, but as the weeks unfold, more details are to come.
