With the departure of Mauricio Pochettino after five years, Tottenham Hotspur has found his replacement. On Tuesday, Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Jose Mourinho will be named the next manager. Mourinho last managed for Manchester United from 2016-18.
With a history in managing Premier League teams in Chelsea and Manchester United, Mourinho has a record of 288-77-101 in his seven years. Despite the winning record, Mourinho only won the Premier League on three occasions.
With players like Harry Kane, Christian Erikson, and Danny Rose, Tottenham Hotspur surely has the talent to become a successful team. Although Mourinho has a reputation for not living up to expectations, this may be a new chapter.
