Just a month after losing in the Super Bowl to the Kansas City Chiefs, the San Francisco 49ers have conducted a busy offseason. On Monday, the team traded DeForest Buckner to the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for the 13th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Indianapolis wasted no time and signed Buckner to a extension worth $21M per year. With it, Buckner becomes the second-highest paid defensive tackle in NFL history.
