After months of contract talks between the Dallas Cowboys and RB Ezekiel Elliott, the rumors of a holdout have finally been put to rest. On Wednesday, the two sides agreed on an six-year, $90M extension to make him the highest-paid running back in the NFL
In 15 games last season, Elliott rushed for 1,434 yards and 6 TD on 304 attempts. Since getting drafted by Dallas in 2016, he has lead the league in rushing in two of his first three seasons.
