Brazilian star Neymar Jr, who currently plays for Paris Saint-Germain, is a major talking point in the soccer community. This is not only because of his recent activities for Brazil in the ongoing World Cup in Russia, but also because of his future in France.
According to several rumors, the former Barcelona forward could be eyeing a move back to Spain to sign for their rivals, Real Madrid. After earning a record contract, Neymar Jr has previously cited “climatic issues” as an ongoing issue with France. Even with the rumors, President Nasser Al-Khelaifi is confident that Neymar Jr will remain with the club.
Neymar Jr. had a fruitful season where he managed to score 24 goals in just 23 appearances. Real Madrid seems quite reluctant to get the Brazilian star, but Paris Saint-Germain could very well skyrocket their pricing in order to retain Neymar Jr.
There is still over a month to go before the transfer window closes, and Real Madrid will be desperate to lure Neymar Jr. In additional news, Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has spoken about the Neymar Jr buzz, noting that Real Madrid would keep a locker for him if he plans on signing for them.
