After defeating Donald Cerrone at UFC 246 in January, a question on everyone mind is what is next for Conor McGregor. After roughly five months, we know the answer. Just after the conclusion of UFC 250, McGregor announced his retirement from the sport of MMA.
In 26 fights throughout his career, McGregor had a record of 22-4. He secured the UFC Featherweight and Lightweight Championship. In doing so, he became the first UFC fighter to hold two titles in two different weight classes simultaneously.
