It has been reported that college basketball prospect Chris Livingston will be announcing his college destination Wednesday on ESPN. Originally, Livingston was scheduled to make his announcement on October 15th following a second visit with Kentucky on October 9th.

Livingston, a 6’6″ forward out of Ohio, has NBA comparisons to the likes of Boston Celtics’ Jaylen Brown. He is currently ranked fourth by 247 Sports and is a proven playmaker. According to reports, Livingston is expected to choose between Kentucky, Tennessee State and Georgetown.

The link between Kentucky and Livingston has only gotten stronger over the last few weeks with Memphis being cut out as a potential suitor. If Livingston elects to join the Wildcats, it will mark the second top five recruit for head coach John Calipari in as many weeks. Among the 2021 class, Kentucky ranked 10th in recruitment rankings.

Livingston recently transferred to Oak Hill Academy in Virginia after playing at Buchtel High School in Ohio. He took an official visit with Kentucky in June.
