Late Saturday night, ESPN’s Ian Rapoport  reported that the Seahawks and Bobby Wagner have come to terms on a four year contract extension worth $43 Million with $22 Million guaranteed and will make him the highest paid LB in the game.

This is huge for the Seahawks as Wagner and Russell Wilson were their only off-season question marks. Wagner was set to make roughly $977,427 for this upcoming season , after signing a four-year, $4.307 million rookie deal.

In 2014, Wagner was a first team  All-Pro selection despite only  playing in 11 games for the Seahawks,  recording 104 tackles that season. According to Pro Football Focus, Wagner was ranked fifth out of 60 qualifying inside linebackers in the NFL.
