The Baltimore Orioles have signed, or re-signed rather, the top reliever on the free agent market. Darren O’Day is returning to the O’s on a four year, $31 Million deal. O’Day has spent the last four seasons with in Baltimore.

In 2015, O’Day went 6-2 with an outstanding 1.52 ERA and 82 strikeouts in 65.1. He has that submarine delivery that can fool hitters at times. As a matter of fact, in his time with Baltimore, he has a 1.92 ERA and 283 strikeouts. Those numbers prove the dominance in his game ever since coming to the O’s.

RotoChamp projects O’Day to go 2-2 with a 1.69 ERA and 74 strikeouts in 2016. If O’Day can pitch at that level, the Orioles could do some damage.
