This past weekend was the second week in a row, as Phillips cracks the top three. He was a big part in Miami’s win over the Carolina Panthers. He ended the game with four tackles and three sacks, living up to his hype as a first round pick.
2. CB Patrick Surtain II, Denver Broncos
It was a great game from Surtain and Denver on Sunday, as he finished with five tackles with two interceptions; one of which was returned for a touchdown. Surtain is proving to be a top cornerback for Denver, as the team slowly becomes Wild Card contenders.
