This past weekend was a big one for select rookies, as we advance towards the near-end of the season. With only six games remaining, which rookies will cement themselves at the top of the class?

Honorable Mentions: Dallas Cowboys DE/LB Micah Parsons (5 tackles, 1 sack), New England Patriots QB Mac Jones (310 yards, 2 TDs), San Francisco 49ers RB Elijah Mitchell (137 Rush yards 1 TD, 5 rec, 35 yards)

3. DE Jaelan Phillips, Miami Dolphins

This past weekend was the second week in a row, as Phillips cracks the top three. He was a big part in Miami’s win over the Carolina Panthers. He ended the game with four tackles and three sacks, living up to his hype as a first round pick.

2. CB Patrick Surtain II, Denver Broncos

It was a great game from Surtain and Denver on Sunday, as he finished with five tackles with two interceptions; one of which was returned for a touchdown. Surtain is proving to be a top cornerback for Denver, as the team slowly becomes Wild Card contenders.

1. WR Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins rookie class showed out in Week 12, as Waddle totaled nine receptions for 137 yards and a touchdown. Both Dolphins first round picks are providing a bright future for their respective franchise.
