2016 NHL Draft Day Trade Tracker

Friday is the first night of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. The new era of NHL talent will be introduced to fans tonight. However, current NHL players will also be talked about as trade rumors continue to fly. We will have all the trades that happen on the draft floor tonight! Here are all the trades that have gone down:
Day One
-Montreal Canadians trade Lars Eller to Washington Capitals for 2nd round picks in 2017 and 2018.
-Chicago Blackhawks trade Andrew Shaw to Montreal Canadians for picks 39 and 45 in this year’s draft.
-St. Louis Blues trade Brian Elliott to Calgary Flames for pick 35 in this year’s draft and a conditional 2018 3rd round pick.
-New Jersey Devils trade picks 11 and 80 in this year’s draft to Ottawa Senators for pick 12 in this year’s draft.
-Detroit Red Wings trade Pavel Datsyuk and pick 16 in this year’s draft to Arizona Coyotes for picks 20 and 53 in this year’s draft and Joe Vitale.
NOTE: Pavel Datsyuk himself is not going to Arizona. Datsyuk is returning to Russia, foregoing the last year of his deal. Because Datsyuk’s contract was signed at the age of 35 or above, his cap hit of $7.5M will remain after retirement. Arizona is acquiring the $7.5M cap hit.
-Philadelphia Flyers trade picks 18 and 79 to Winnipeg Jets for picks 22 and 36.
-Washington Capitals trade pick 26 to St. Louis Blues for picks 28 and 87.
Day Two
-Buffalo Sabers trade Mark Pysyk and picks 38 and 89 in this year’s draft to Florida Panthers for Dmitry Kulikov and pick 33.
-Arizona Coyotes trade pick 37 to Tampa Bay Lightning for Anthony DeAngelo.
-New Jersey Devils trade pick 77 to Pittsburgh Penguins for Beau Bennett.
-Dallas Stars trade Jack Campbell to LA Kings for Nick Ebert.
-Chicago Blackhawks trade pick 110 and a 2017 second rounder to the New York Islanders for pick 95.
-Chicago Blackhawks trade pick 144 to St. Louis Blues for a 2017 5th round pick.
-Winnipeg Jets trade pick 187 to the Montreal Canadians for a 2017 7th round pick.
-Boston Bruins trade pick 195 to Florida Panthers for 2017 7th round pick.
